Join this all-level Vinyasa style yoga class with experienced teacher Jackie Mastro, E-RYT 500. Vinyasa means “movement driven by breath.” In this class, all movements are linked to breath for a total body experience. The connecting movements between the poses, vinyasas, not only provide a full body workout but bring a dance-like quality to the class supporting a meditation in motion sensation. Through this strengthening, energetic and vigorous vinyasa practice students develop body and breathe awareness drawing their focus inward, uniting mind, body, and spirit. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout the class, making this class accessible for students of all levels. All equipment is provided. No prior experience is needed. This class is free for Inns of Aurora guests and is available to the public for $15 online advance registration or $20 cash drop-in fee at the door.
