Our Friday Night Dinners at Aurora Cooks! give you and your friends the opportunity to watch a meal unfold directly in front of you, featuring the highest-quality ingredients and paired with world-class local wines. Every Friday, Executive Chef Patrick Higgins will prepare and serve a five-course meal while you watch and each month we’ll partner with a different Finger Lakes winery to pair each course.
Gather around our counter and enjoy the company of new friends—seating is communal and designed for conversation. Socialize and interact with Chef Higgins and Taste Curator Grace Mattingly while they describe the ingredients and preparation for each course, explaining the development of each dish every step of the way.

You may add a wine pairing for $35 per person plus tax. Please register in advance. Doors open and check-in will begin 10 minutes prior to start time. Events at Aurora Cooks! begin promptly.
FINE PRINT: Please inform us of any food allergies when registering. Classes are open to guests aged 18 years and older, and a valid photo I.D. will is required to be served alcohol. Cocktail and wine classes require that all participants be at least 21 years old. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, retain a credit, or transfer to another class. Without the 24 hour notice, the ticket fee is non-refundable. You may, however, send someone to class in your place. Please notify the Inns of Aurora reservation team of your substitution by calling 315.364.8888.
