Fitness Class 8 am

This 60-minute, coach-led functional fitness workout consists of exercises to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. Each uniquely designed session will feature a warm-up, training and cool-down segment for a total of 60-minutes. Exercise modifications will be offered for every level and body type. Individualized coaching will ensure your form will be monitored and adjustments suggested. First-time attendees are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to discuss your level of fitness and personal needs. Plan to break a sweat.
Michelle is a certified NETA group exercise instructor with more than seven years of group exercise instruction experience. Michelle began teaching group exercise at SUNY Oswego where she received a year of training all levels coaching as well as cycling instruction. Michelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and sees clients locally after teaching fitness in the mornings.
