Join us at Aurora Cooks! to learn the art of the cheese plate! A well-executed cheese plate is the perfect and easy way to start off a dinner party or just a reason to have your friends over for wine and cheese! From a triple cream brie to an aged gouda, this tasting will give you the confidence to finally conquer that fancy cheese section of the grocery store!

Classes are open to all and begin promptly. Seating is limited to 12 guests. Tasting Tickets are $45 plus tax. Please register in advance.
FINE PRINT: Please inform us of any food allergies when registering. As classes are designed for demonstration and not intended to be a meal, separate dishes will not be prepared based on preference. Classes are open to guests aged 18 years and older, and a valid photo I.D. will is required to be served alcohol. Cocktail and wine classes require that all participants be at least 21 years old. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, retain a credit, or transfer to another class. Without the 24 hour notice, the registration fee is non-refundable. You may, however, send someone to class in your place.
