Mindfulness Walk

An active outdoor excursion is the best way to elevate your mood in the cooler months, and this guided walk along our natural trail is a great way to get moving. Our guide will lead you through a gentle series of yoga-inspired poses and stretches along the way. You'll be invited to center yourself in the stillness of the winter woods, while also improving your circulation and loosening up your limbs. This is a beginner-friendly activity with some moderate exertion.
