May 1st

The Aurora Inn returns to full operation, 7 days/week; the Aurora Inn Dining Room opens according to its Spring Schedule (open for all meal periods Wednesday-Sunday and for breakfast 7 days/week).

Day After Memorial Day

The Aurora Inn Dining Room moves to its Summer Schedule (open for all meal periods, 7 days/week).

Aurora Inn Father's Day BBQ

The Aurora Inn hosts a fantastic annual Father’s Day Barbeque – a classic American Barbeque featuring live Dixieland jazz, old-fashioned carnival games, and fantastic food on the shore of Cayuga Lake. This popular event draws many families that return year after year to celebrate Dad.

Enjoy the lake by taking out a kayak or canoe or simply fishing from the 100’ dock. Borrow a baseball glove or Frisbee for a game of catch or join us for potato sack races on the lawns. A bicycle built for two is available for a tandem tour of the historic lakeside Village of Aurora.

Between activities, feast on St. Louis BBQ Ribs and Cornell Chicken hot off the grill, plus Corn on the Cob, Baked Beans, Hot Dogs, Freshly baked Cookies and Brownies, Watermelon, and much more. Fathers receive special treatment all day.

Route 90 Sale

This annual event, generally held on the last weekend of July, stretches more than 50 miles along Route 90. Vendors selling everything from fine antiques to standard garage sale wares line the sidewalks of Aurora and beyond.

Labor Day

The Aurora Inn Dining Room moves to its Fall Schedule (open for all meal periods Wednesday-Sunday and for Breakfast 7 days/week).

November 1st

The Aurora Inn and Aurora Inn Dining Room move to the Winter Schedule. The E.B. Morgan House remains open to Overnight Guests every night of the week.

Cayuga Wine Trail Holiday Shopping Spree

The perfect opportunity to start your holiday shopping! During this annual 3-day event, all 16 wineries on the Cayuga Wine Trail offer wine tastings, holiday treats, discounts and giveaways.

Christmas in Aurora

Come visit the village of Aurora for an evening of shopping and festivities. Yearly activities include a fine art and craft show, singing performances, Christmas crafts for children, a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus and much, much more.
