Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to the arrival date. A deposit equal to one-night’s stay (plus taxes) is required at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled before 14 days prior to arrival.
Rates
Rates at the Aurora Inn and E.B. Morgan House are based on double occupancy and are subject to change (rate for Room 8 at the Aurora Inn is based on four occupants). In rooms where it is permitted, there is a $30 fee for an additional occupant.
Group Rates
A 5% Housekeeping Service Charge will be automatically added to the room rate for guestrooms reserved within a block at the Aurora Inn or E.B. Morgan House.
Smoking Policy
The Inns of Aurora are non-smoking properties. Any violation will result in an automatic $250 fine charged to the credit card on file.
Children
The E.B. Morgan House is best enjoyed in the company of other adults. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 14, with the exception of whole house rentals. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed at Leffingwell House. Children of any age are welcome at the Aurora Inn.
